Andrew the DPMS Oracle, Panther or the Bushmaster are all highly Rated entry level 308's. I also own a Diamondback but they are out of stock, (1). budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/2084_2108/products_id/23230/Bushmaster+90702+XM-10+20%2B1+308WIN%2F7.62NATO+16+ORC (2). budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/2084_2108/products_id/75794/DPMS+60560+PTHR+Oracle+20%2B1+308WIN%2F7.62NATO+16 (3). budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/2084_2108/products_id/719014651/GEN+2+308+AP4+16+OPTIC+READY+20RD+4+POS+STK (4), budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/2084_2108/products_id/20353/Diamondback+DB10CKMB+DB10+Rifle+Semi-Automatic+308+Winchester%2F7.62+NATO+16+20%2B

Aloha BudsGunShop.com Community. This particular answer is dependent on how much or how little you are willing to pay for such a firearm. There is no such thing as a low "Budget" AR-10. You get what you pay for in any AR whether it is an AR-15 or an AR-10. You can even build a low budget AR-10 with accuracy out past 500 yards, it just depends on how much you are willing to spend and how much time you want to "devote" into the build. A budget AR-10 will cost you about $1000 but you can also build one for much less. I suggest you sit down and first determine what you want to do; buy one or build one (personally, I chose the build process and paid much less). Once you've made up your mind, chose what you want to pay or like me, determine what components your AR-10 will be built with. Plan the buy or the build and proceed. BTW, I'm still gathering parts for my AR-10 and with parts going on sale all the time, improved parts are always being incorporated into the build. With that said, expect to pay between $1000 to $1200 for a already made AR-10 or anywhere from $600 to $1000 for a budget built custom AR-10 to your specifications, keeping in mind that you will only have to transfer the lower receiver through the FFL process.
