  • On many reviews I read they mention what great service they get. I can’t even find a number to talk to a machine or human. I look at my order states and it says for 5days now “ have all of your order ready to ship “. But it doesn’ t ship. Anyone one else actually satisfied with their service?

  • If you paid by e check it takes about 5 days for the payment to clear then 3-5 days for the order to ship You can Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button and get a update
