  • I picked up my supposedly new ruger from my FFL sat. Was in a big baggy, no ruger case, no magazine, marks on the slide.
    Still waiting for a call from a supervisor.
    Any others have this poor service?

  • Wow John, I've never heard anything like this. Sounds like it was used. I've never had this kind of issue and I but a firearm per month. Good luck I hope Buds makes it right buddy!

  • This is disconcerting John. This sounds "Used" all day long. I would wait for Buds to make this right my man and please let the Community know the outcome. I have 3 firearms on layaway right now. I will be going over them with a fine tooth comb now.
