I know that CT has a gun law that magazines cannot hold more than 10 rounds. What about guns that have a 10+1 capacity are they legal in Connecticut?

They are still legal in CT Michael. The reference of the law is 10rd magazine limit. The cycling of "one in the chamber" and topping off the magazine back to 10rd has no effect on the law.
