I called Bersa at their Eagle Imports location in NJ (732) - 493 - 0333, and it was confirmed they come with 1 magazine (that holds 8 rounds).
Additional magazines are available on their website for $35 https://bersa.eagleimportsinc.com/bersa/shop/magazines/bersa-thunder-380-8-round-matte-magazine

Per recent reviews of this gun, it appears to come with 1 magazine that holds 8 rounds.

The bersa concealed carry comes with two 8 round magazines. Hope this helps.
