Ultradot 4 MOA Red Dot Sight
has anyone used this sight? on what type of firearm? I want to use it on a CZ-P10 C

It can be used on pistol, rifle or shotgun as long as the firearm has a Rail (on top) to mount the sight to link to ultradot page ultradotusa.com/ultradotdist2010_003.htm

I have not Michael but you can look at some unbiased reviews of this "Sight" here (seems to be hit or miss) : amazon.com/Aal-Compact-4Moa-Sight-Blk/dp/B004WH5U2K

The P-10c is not optic ready so you may end up with a jury rigged sight. I'd look for an optic ready pistol before I committed to a reflex sight.
