How much weight of ammo can be shipped at the $12 cost before the price increases ? Or, is it based on dollar value ?

I suggest doing a "mock" checkout by putting what you want in your cart and starting a checkout if the shipping is to high just quit before entering payment and then remove items from your cart. There are to many variables (weight and which warehouse among others) to be able to give you a accurate
