Hi Kurt, No, The way I do it is make an account for the person (their name and info) I want to gift. Then buy gift cards to make the purchase. It will show up at the FFL for them to pick up under their name.

No Kurt. The handgun will need to be purchased in the name of the intended owner. It's best to have her setup an account and purchase with "Gift Cards" (that you can purchase and email to her) so there are no "Red Flags" by the BATF regarding possible "Straw Purchases". (P.S.) I would involve her in the process by taking her to a local store and let her handle a few models to get an idea of what she likes and then purchasing from Buds if they can't get you close on price.
