David M - Thank, you for the advise. I have researched the gun and I was given it for Christmas 2017 and while I don't have much practice yet with it I have had no issues. The gun your talking about is an older model if I remember what I read back then about them and this newer one hasn't had those "Fire on its own" issues. Again thank you for the advise and know that I did research this gun and fell in love with it if only I could get the hand position and the recoil down lol. Have a bless day

Debra, probably one of the most over looked inexpensive rounds that you can practice with and use for self defense is the Magtech 95gr Jacketed Soft Point.
