David, you didn't specify the shotgun. Based on your next question about the Kalashnikov USA KS-12T, we can only assume that you are asking about that same shotgun with regards to your magazine question. After a bit of research, a Kalashnikov USA KS-12T will NOT accept a Vepr shotgun magazine without a bit of modification. Those videos and instructions on how to do the modifications are out there on the web.
