what kind of sight should a beginner start with ? should i do iron sight first?

Use it as it comes from the factory at first the later modify as you want

Hi Donald, I'd get used to the iron sights first then once you get more comfortable add something else.

Donald the natural order of progression is "Iron Sights", then "1x to 3xRed Dot" Optic then Scope. This will cover your skill development from close, mid and long range.
