  • So my location is in Texas and I had ordered a firearm and it was once in transit in Texas where I live and now went to California,why did it go out of my state?

  • Sometimes FedEx makes mistakes...I've had that happen a LOT with all mail carriers.Buds is great and I am sure can assist. Their chat team is awesome! I've had the best luck contacting say FedEx to see why it is off track. It happens more than a lot of people realize.

  • This is deeply concerning and warrants a phone call to Buds for sure, 1-859-368-037. Hopefully the package was insured. And it sounds like an error on the part of FedEx. I would continue to track the item and contact your FFL to make sure the item wasn't ever delivered there. And contact a Buds Representative as soon as possible.
