Aero Precision Multi-Caliber FDE Finish
Does multi-caliber simply mean .223, 5.56 and .300 blackout? Or...can this upper also be used for a .308 build?

Just the "Calibers" you mentioned Rod. The 308 is a much larger receiver configuration. You would need a 308 specific receiver for a "308" build.
