Fobus IWB Large Frame seems like a good fit. Just a recommendation. As Andrew correctly said, so many are available. But nobody really seems to use the same one.

Alien Gear makes a great one, not available from Buds though.

It is hard to find for IWB. I've read some CZ type ones will fit for IWB but most people I read about that found them used other brands (Fist Holsters, Blade Tech, Remora)
