  • Community, I just have a question how to go about a purchase and what I should do. So after purchasing a handgun, I recieved an email about restrictions on high capacity mags and that those mags were removed before shipment. I reviewed my counties laws and they only restrict high capacity mags on "long guns" . I emailed the company back and attached the revised law stating said restrictions and they responded with basically they can't do anything about it. my question is do I just take the loss?

  • Robert, in my opinion, "legal is legal" and this company would have no good reason (other than being ignorant of the law or perhaps being "Shady") to retain your magazines after you presented proof of status. I would attempt to contact them and simply ask why the magazines were taken out in the 1st place and if your local laws permit them, why would they not be able to return them to you. This will give you insight of their interpretation of your local laws and if proven in your favor, put their business practices into question. I certainly wish you success with this but, If they don't do the right thing, I would never do business with them again and would tell them so.

  • I suggest contacting the company and asking to speak with a manager. if you don't get the issue resolved ask to speak with his supervisor. Keep pushing it up until you get a resolution
