  • Hi Ben, these are relatively mild 9mm target loads at a Muzzle Velocity: 1090 fps. If you need a low recoil load for self defense for her, my wife (I have her practice and carry the same load) carries : budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/656_2081_10000837/products_id/34827/Magtech%209MM%2095%20Grain%20Jacketed%20Soft%20Point/

  • The Polycase ammo is very mild but sometimes hard to find.

  • Hey Ben. Well standard 115 grain 9mm has mild recoil as it is. Put in pocket pistols can be rough. With your 124 grain Nato round gonna give you a bit more recoil just due to the heavier bullet yet still completely manageable! Now that being said the 124 grain Nato round is a bit hotter of a round as well and be sure that your pistol/carbine can handle this hotter round! Hope this helps best of luck.
