Is the Springfield XD9645E legal in California. It looks as if it is the same gun as the Springfield XD9645, both being compact and both being 10 + 1 in rounds.

Hi Randy, currently it has not made the CA Roster yet. Manufacturer model numbers are very specific on the CA Roster these days and I anticipate it will be added shortly. oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Springfield+Armory
