Since it states it is 7.62NATO/308, I did a lot of researches and found out half of people do not recommend to fire .308 and the other half says OK. What is your comment?

You can fire both in a NATO chamber weapon such as this. The reverse may NOT be true however. The reason for this is NATO chambers and ammo do not match SAMMI standards. Because of this, in simple terms, 7.62 NATO cartridges may produce an over pressure if fired in a 308 chambered weapon. So do NOT fire NATO ammo in a weapon marked 308 Only. (The same applies to 5.56 NATO and 223.)
