It should be fine but I recommend that you see if a local ffl has them so you can handle it even better is if a local range has them so you can rent one and try it before you buy

Hi William, Yes this should be fine for small/Medium hands since it is a L-Frame.

The grip design and L-Frame is going to be on the ragged edge for small hand folks William. My opinion is that it will work for you. You may want to see if a local dealer has one or similar for you to handle before committing to purchase.
