Has anyone bought this? I ordered it, but 9 days later it hasn't shipped, and after only 48 hrs of trying to reach a Buds rep, they say it's unavailable.

Buds should ship it if they charged your payment method. Buds claims their sight is updated every 20 minutes so it should be accurate on stock. I would call to get a status of your order at Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm Mon-Fri or use the blue Chat Now button. (if you have not been charged and the order cancelled, you may have better price/luck elsewhere).
Hey Charles, I hope you got it figured out. You should have been provided with tracking information. Bud's customer service is usually very exceptional, I'm sure they got it figured out for you.

I'm not sure why it states it's back in stock.

Hi Charles, Sorry to hear this. It sounds like Buds had incorrect stock info which does happen from time to time given their huge inventory. It has happened to me once before and they gave me a $10 coupon code. Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button.
