It is a "Commercial: Spec (mostly) rifle.
It is not Betty. It is a "Commercial: Spec (mostly) rifle.
The buffer tube is "commercial" but the rifle it's self is mil-spec and parts can easily be swapped out. Just would have to get a commercial stock if you changed it. Hope that helps!

It's probably is built somewhat to "mil spec" but this one isn't even close. The barrel material is 4140 1:9 twist and mil spec is 4150 CMV with a 1:7 twist which is much more durable and accurate with the heavier bullets.
