  • Nope, this is technically a handgun, so no FFL could transfer it to you. If you find someone willing to privately sell you one however, you are good to go.

  • Not from Buds. Federal law requires you to be 21years old for handguns or pistols. This CIA would be considered a pistol making it illegal. There is loop holes, but not from Buds. Sorry
