Jeffrey, I would first try a few different brands of 230gr ammunition just to rule out particular brands or perhaps a bad batch of ammo.

Jeffrey, I would first try a few different brands of 230gr ammunition just to rule out particular brands or perhaps a bad batch of ammo. if you find one that does well then stock up on that lot. Since similar guns can favor different ammunition, random testing will be your best bet of finding what your firearm likes. Good luck and Cheers!
