  • This is not a question. The "Best Answer" has only available/visible to me a few times over the last 4-5 months. I have contacted Buds and received no response, I have tried everything, I also rarely see the chat button. I am a TB member and have tried that route also. It's no big deal for me, I just want to make others aware. There are a lot of problems with this website. Personally, only questions via the TB link get a response, maybe, my questions via other links are "never received".
