What is the diffrrence between the gen 3 and gen 4

Glock G29 Short Frame 10mm Pistol
I am ready to buy my 1stv10mm but I do not want to be disappointed I didnt wait for glock to restock the gen 4 29sf. Ia there that much of a difference?

The G3 doesn't have interchangeable backstraps and you get (2) Magazines. The G4 comes with backstraps and includes (3) Magazines. if price is close go with the G4
