Do the steel parts from a standard M-9 fit this? (i.e. steel guide rod, skeleton hammer, safety lever, and mag release, D-spring)

There have been a number of revisions on this model over the years. The only one that can answer the questions accurately would be Berretta. I believe if memory serves me correctly if it's fitted with a poly trigger the trigger, trigger transfer bar, and hammer will need to be replaced. They specifically designed these pieces so the trigger would not be drop in interchangeable. I may be mistaken, It's been a number of years since I replaced a poly trigger with a steel one. I do remember a Beretta tech saying it was not a direct drop in.
Hi Austin, Yes they're interchangeable.
yes the parts interchange

Everything mentioned should be Austin. However, I would still check with Beretta to be 100% sure at 1 (800) 929-2901.
