I was told my refund would be back on my account in 3-5 day and it’s been like 8-9 days. I’ve been contacting buds but now they won’t reply. What should I do? And should I be worried? Also, the payment method was a gift card if that matters.

Hey Karon, I wouldn't be too worried, but obviously would still be wanting my money. bud's is reputable and the customer service has been good to me. If you haven't called them I would recommend that. Also, since it was a gift card, you may have been reimbursed with the giftcard. You may want to check you giftcards to see if it is in there. You can click Order Status/account at the top of the scree, then scroll down and click view my giftcards. Otherwise, I would call. (859) 368-0371. I hope you get it figured out.
