Hello, I made a new layaway payment using an e-check almost a week ago and since then have made the rest of the payments using my credit card since it has taken so long to post. Is it possible to cancel that payment and just pay it using my card because I don't want to double pay.

It takes about 5 days after you see the e check leave your account for buds to credit and process the e check Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Hi Melody, Buds Customer Service should be able to assist you with this at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Button" at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
