Mark, currently only one model 64 is on the CA DOJ Approved Roster which is : budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/26282/S%26W+M64+6RD+38SP+%2BP+4 --- The age of this pistol is unknown so I would speak with Buds as the age of the pistol can also determine CA compliance.
