How is this gun different than the compact carry version.... via the link below... Looks the same...??

the link is to a compact carry and I am not sure what other PX4 you want to compare it to please repost with more info the upc of both guns would be great and help us give you a good answer

Stan there will be some overlap with pistol size designations across manufacturers and sometimes within. Some pistols with similar barrel lengths can have different sized frames or same sized frames and different barrel lengths. I would simply look at the specific pistol dimensions you are interested in and put full, compact, sub-compact etc secondary and focus on the "Actual" pistol size/weight.
