Beretta makes a quality gun...and in .22 I seriously doubt you'll ever shoot enough to wear one out. Keep it clean, shoot good ammo and store it properly this gun should out last you and the next owner.

It's not really a copy of the M9 which fires from a locked breach. It is direct blowback. It's a good pistol though. Look at this photo closely and you'll see on the front of the frame that it says "Made in Germany by Umarex". beretta.com/en-us/m9-22lr/

It is a Beretta built like a tank. I have the M9 and 92s and and they are solid & great craftmanship. The 22 version should not be any different. hope this helps
