I am from Wisconsin, planning a visit to my daughter in North Carolina I would like to visit Buds shop in Ky and purchase a rifle. Is it possible to purchase out of state. I have made several purchase's from Buds and have shipped to my FFL

yes you can buy long guns across state lines but the purchase must be LEGAL IN BOTH states. Many small FFLs will not do them because it would be easy to violate the law in a state that you don't know the laws in
