Whats the different between a pt145 acp than a pt145 acp pro?

the trigger is lighter and smoother on the PT145 Pro's, & it's SA/DA. Meaning, if you've chambered a round, it's going to be SA. The regular PT145 is DAO. Complete details here between "Standard" and "Pro" version pistols : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taurus_Millennium_series

No real difference the pro is just the 3 generation of the PT145

Hi Christopher, There's no difference except for the pt145 being Gen2 while the Pro is the Gen3 model.
