I had this item on my wish list for months at $349.00 and never was notified that it was in stock. Now the new price is $449.00 what gives?

I haven't gotten a "back in stock" notification on several items for a long time.
James, sorry that this happened. Buds needs to improve notifications most assuredly. Looks like restock numbers were lower than expected and Buds prices are tied to stock level. Being low in stock and high in demand, the price looks to have risen considerably. I would contact Buds to see if they can do anything on the price for you at (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button .

every 20mins. Prices are tied directly to stock levels and will
change as stock numbers change. As inventory numbers go
down, prices go up and vice-versa. Usually when popular items
