no you don't have to change the front sight Peep sights were being used long before Fiber optic sights were invented
Hi Patrick, a Fiber Optic Front Sight will be most effective with the Williams Peep Sight. A florescent paint could also be used on the front sight if you don't wish to replace the Front Sight as well.
