  • I am trying to complete a purchase of a California compliant pistol (Ruger LCRx 5430 .38 special). I have selected an FFL from the list on this website and chosen my shipping insurance. When I go to the payment method a window about minimum purchase (500 USD)for international orders opens. This is a shipment to CA so I don't see how that applies. Has anuone else had this problem? Thanks

  • I've had something similar happen once Peter. Try logging off Buds, clearing your cookies and browser cach, close and restart your browser - log back in to Buds and retry checkout. If unsuccessful, Buds can assist at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

  • Peter, Besides confirming your zip code is correct on your billing address also check that information on your selected FFL is correct. Your FFL may be listed as a international business or have a corporate office in Canada or some other country. I've purchased dozens of firearms from BUDs. Have had some issues, but never this one you have. I'd call customer service or use the contact forum on website. BUDs cust service is on EST.
