YHM AR-15 9mm Lower Receiver
Can this be bought as a pistol and if so how does insure proper classification?

I believe the lower needs to be classified as a pistol or a rifle for each build. My belief is that if you use a rifle lower with a pistal build you have crossed into an illigal build. Now I'm not a lawer or in law inforcment but I think your playing with fire if you cross these up.
