Is it legal to sell ammunition to someone who's not wearing any pants?
Yes,if they have a fanny pack to put the ammo in.
Except in Illinois,New York and,of course,California
it depends are they wearing a Kilt or a skirt, male or female. lot of variables also the caliber of the ammo may come into play
Oooo Philosophy question. Yes, of course. Selling ammo to someone who has no pants, is clearly someone in need. Likely from California where thing are highly restricted and taxed. Especially for those who support the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. Who knows, the Californian politicians may have made pants illegal for gun owners, you know, so you can’t conceal carry, or some other twisted logic like that.
Now if they are from a free state like Minnesota, no way. Because, well, I hate to say it, but, they are Cray-cray. No pants in a free state like Minnesota is nuts. I’m just say-en.
no, they won't have money
