  • I’m a police officer in Rochester New York. Do I still have to go through an FLL? Will you ship the pistol directly to me?

  • Edward, yes, Federal Law would still require a local FFL for transfer of the handgun to you. Thank you as well for your dedicated Service. Cheers!

  • Check with your department on ordering firearms. In some places it is perfectly legal for LEO to submit a signed letterhead from the chief of police to have the firearm shipped to you C/O of the department. I have several friends that have done this, but the rules and regulations in my state might vary from yours.
