Michael, due to the volume of used guns that we offer and manually take photos of, we typically only include one photo of the firearm. Our used gun specialist does a great job (has for many years) of accurately describing and rating our used guns. If you should decide to order one of our guns (new or used) and aren't completely satisfied with it after it is delivered to your dealer - simply refuse the transfer. Leave the gun with your dealer and let us know that you aren't satisfied with the gun and what you'd like, exchange or refund. We'll provide your dealer with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the gun at our expense and refund/replace, again your preference.
As a whole our 4+ million customer's know more about firearms than we do. If you have a general question about a product we highly recommend that you first try out our customer Q&A feature. More often than not you will receive multiple answers to your question in minutes.
For the best customer experience using Live Chat, we recommend using Google Chrome.

I can tell you that in the majority of instances I have see, they post a stock picture of a gun with some flaws or damage (almost like they post the worst picture they got), then the buyers always seem to be really happy their guns are way nicer then the photo. So if you're okay with the stock photo, assume yours will be even nicer then that! Just make sure a magazine is included.
