One more, does the arm brace make this a sbr

Beau, the "Brace" keeps the classification as a standard pistol. Any shoulder stock would change this to a SBR "Short Barreled Rifle" which would be illegal until you pay the $200 Tax Stamp and Register it as an NFA Firearm.

no it does not this gun is classified as a Pistol and the arm brace does not change that. If you added a "stock" it would then be a SBR and need the NFA tax stamp
