can you get the 30 round mags instead of the 10 round mags?
Joseph, I have heard some folks say that Buds has done this for them recently. I would ask Buds directly at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
The models with 30 round mags are out of stock but you can buy 30 round mags here budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/26_27/products_id/712006547/Magpul+PMAG+M2+MOE+Magazine+AR-15+.223+Rem%2F5.56+NATO+30RD its nice to have a 10 round mag for shooting of sandbags

Joseph, You can get 30 round magazine with the other 5900 series Rugers (5901,5902, 5905, 5912, 5913 and 5915) all out of stock . All the Ruger 8500 models have 30 round magazine. Those models are DI not piston driven and do not have the trigger or other features of this firearm. Most AR owners do not have just one magazine so if you like the firearm and live in a free state get the firearm and purchase the 30 or 40 round magazines of your choice. This firearm ships with the capacity magazine it has. I have 70 magazines for my ARs. If it is legal in your state buy this great firearm and get some extra magazines.
