Mike, yes, Buds is now charging Tax. I'm in GA and tax was accessed.

yes Buds and most other online retailers are now required to charge sale based on the purchasers state. Back in June or July 2018 the Supreme Court upheld a law that said that states could collect Taxes from online retailers even if they did not have a store in that state
