I assume you mean 45 acp not 44. You can use an standard commercial 45 acp load with no effect on the warranty you can use aftermarket magazines and it will not affect the warranty of the gun however RIA will not warranty that the aftermarket mag will work. If you have a issue with the gun they will try it with a stock mag and if it works fine they will send the gun back to you with no further repairs
