While it shares a lot of the same features of a gen 5 it’s technically not a gen anything as it is the first of its kind. It isn’t marked with a gen number on the slide either. I don’t know what they plan on doing with the new 43x and 48 that will be available later this month as they will be an evolution of the 43.
