Can you add a shoulder stock to make it a rifle?
Will, adding a "Brace" would be best as it will still be classified as a standard Pistol. A shoulder Stock of any kind would change this to a "Short Barreled Rifle" SBR and a $200 Tax Stamp and NFA Registration would be required to be legal to own in a "Stock" configuration.
