Most .22 lr ammo comes in cartons of 500. Every gun is an individual and just because ammo is marked match doesn't mean it will shoot great in your gun. If you have a target gun or any gun capable of good accuracy, you should try as many different kinds of target ammo as you can find and see which one is best in your gun. No one type or variety is best in all guns, and some guns won't be accurate enough to benefit from the use of target ammo. That said, in an accurate gun the right ammo will make more of a difference than most people think.

the Gold medal will not function in many of my semi auto (will not work in 1911 conversion, Ruger MK II target, S&W 41) handguns it is good in the rifles
