The 1180031V [Buds' model number 23423] (the currently $207 model) has a Viridian "instant-on" automatically activated laser/light, I suspect the price difference is due primarily to stocking differences, this model is probably more available.
The one listed as just 1180031 [Buds' model number 95491] has no laser/light.
