Stan, The RIA M200 is almost identical in dimensions to the Colt Police Positive (4") barrel. Big Daddy Holsters have exact fit holsters for the M200 depending on the carry style you want : bigdaddyholsters.com/manufacturer-and-model/armscor/m200-4-02-barrel/

the M200 is equivalent to the Colt Police Positive with the 4" barrel, and the M206 is the clone of the snub nose Detective Special.
