At what point does the trigger not fire? Say I wanted to shoot down the stairs at an intruder, will it fight it or is it at a lower point it restricts?

I have this shotgun bought it right here with Bud's. YES IT HAS A EXTRA SAFETY THAT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM FIRRING EVEN IF THE TANG SAFETY IS OFF! It can be removed but will void your warranty.

Been having one for about 3 years. There absolutely is a safety that disengages the trigger at around 45 deg downward.

Domenico - There is nothing that stops one from firing this shotgun straight up, straight down, or in any direction whatsoever. I am not aware of the feature you mention.

Domenico, this shotgun has a Top Tang Safety and when disengaged will not have any firing restrictions. youtube.com/watch?v=a6X-x2O4QqU

you can place the shotgun straight down or straight up and it will fire there is no safety that keeps you form shooting you toe off
